Special Examination Centres

Official examination venues are available on this website and from tuition providers. A Special Examination Centre will be considered where students are not in a position to sit the exam at the official examination venue. In this instance the student will be responsible for all costs incurred and the logistics of the venue and the approved invigilator.

Separation of the special examination centre form from the proof of payment will result in a failure of the application.  The onus remains on students to provide clear, irrefutable proof of payment.  In this regard students are advised to keep all deposit slips for the entire duration of study.

No credit facilities will be extended by the Institute. The Institute does not process cash or any other payments at its premises under any circumstances.

The following must be posted, faxed or emailed:

1. Board / CSSA
2. Proof of payment
Deadline: at least 20 working days before the date of the examination, where practical. Instances such as illness and bereavement may necessitate a shorter notice period. (In calculating the 20 days exclude weekends and public holidays.)
